Fujian C-TOP Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded by Ms. Hong Liying in 1995. The company started with the research and production of telephones and hotel telephone billing devices.
In 2003, with strong support from provincial and municipal governments, the company introduced Australian PhD in Information Processing and permanent position scientists from the Royal New Zealand Academy of Sciences to restructure the enterprise, increase research and development investment, and comprehensively and greatly enhance the company's technological level and core competitiveness.
In 2006, the company's annual revenue increased to 120 million yuan. Revenue generating foreign exchange exceeding 10 million US dollars. The industrialization rate of product technology exceeds 90%, the energy consumption per 10000 yuan of output value is less than 10 yuan, and the labor productivity is about 1 million yuan per person, laying the foundation for Fujian SIT's leading domestic/international position in the subdivision of wireless communication fixed terminal manufacturing.
Since 2008, SIT has gradually transformed from a manufacturing industry to an information system integration and service-oriented enterprise.
In 2016, SIT's food safety full coverage traceability platform project based on IoT and AI data collection technology stood out from over 20000 participating companies in the 5th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and entered the top twelve of the national finals of the information technology industry.
In 2017, the SIT food safety traceability system was recommended by the Ministry of Commerce as one of the four replicable platforms and promoted nationwide. In 2021, Fujian C-TOP Industrial Internet Food Safety Traceability Platform was selected into the Fujian New Generation Information Technology and Manufacturing Integrated Development Project.
Fujian SIT has long been dedicated to the research and manufacturing of digital campus information terminals, IoT devices, and system platforms. After years of R&D investment and development, the enterprise is now at the forefront of the same industry in the field of campus informatization, and is one of the largest suppliers of intelligent electronic student ID cards in China. Among the campus informationization projects tendered by more than ten provincial and municipal operators in China, they were all ranked first or second as the winning bidder.
In August 2022, at the first National Electronic Student ID Conference held in Shenzhen, Fujian SIT won the first place in the Best Brand Business Award.

（1） Campus informatization IoT terminal and platform

In December 2022, China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd. awarded our company the Silver Medal Partner for Industry Hardware Terminals in 2022.
In January 2020, our company won the bid for the R&D and mass production project of China Mobile (Chengdu) Information and Communication Technology Co., Ltd.'s interactive student card, with a winning share of 60%.
In June 2023, our company won the bid for the manufacturing service project of China Mobile Communications Group Terminal Co., Ltd.'s own brand intelligent student ID product, with a winning share of 70%.
（2） Smart Market Regulation
Fujian SIT's food safety traceability system based on artificial intelligence and IoT technology data collection is in a leading position in China. Since the launch of the food safety traceability system research in 2008, we have successively undertaken the construction of the food safety traceability system for the Zhangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, and the Municipal Commerce Bureau in Zhangzhou; Undertaking a series of national, provincial, and municipal traceability systems across the country. This system was recommended by the Ministry of Commerce in 2017 as one of the four replicable platforms for nationwide promotion. In July 2020, the provincial scientific and technological achievements and technology market association evaluated the C-TOP traceability system as "the overall technology is at the international advanced level in the field of food safety traceability" (the review leader is Gui Weihua, CAE Member, professor of Central South University, and doctoral advisor). Capable of developing and producing artificial intelligence sales traceability terminals. In 2021, Fujian C-TOP Industrial Internet Food Safety Traceability Platform was rated as a provincial demonstration platform.
Technological Innovation
The company has laid a good technical foundation in the Internet of Things/Industrial Internet, artificial intelligence and big data management. The combination of software and hardware has obvious innovation advantages, laying a good technical foundation and team guarantee for project research and development; The company has 17000 square meters of modern factory buildings, research laboratories, multiple SMT surface mount production lines, and multiple plug-in and final assembly production lines. We have successively researched and produced a series of products including HCD986 series wireless mobile public/commercial telephones, wireless data terminals, mobile financial payment terminals, food/drug traceability system IoT platform supporting terminals, campus information IoT terminals and platforms, ISO quality management system certification, a series of telecommunications equipment access licenses, national CCC mandatory product certification, and UnionPay certification. So far, the company has obtained more than 120 types of intellectual property rights, including 4 authorized invention patents.
