1、 Requirement research
Requirement research is the starting point of pre-sales services. Through phone or face-to-face meetings, engage in in-depth communication with clients to clarify their business needs, pain points, and expected outcomes.
2、 Scheme design and demonstration
Based on the collected requirement information, pre-sales engineers begin to develop solutions, which may involve product configuration, system integration, or customized development. After completion, showcase the features and advantages of the solution to the client through on-site demonstrations or online meetings to ensure that the client has a clear understanding of the solution.
3、 Technical exchange and Q&A
Regarding the technical details in the plan, the pre-sales team engages in in-depth communication with the customer's technical team, answers questions, and adjusts the plan as necessary to meet the customer's special needs.
4、 Business quotation and negotiation
According to the plan, the finance department will provide a detailed quotation. Sales personnel negotiate with customers on terms such as price, delivery time, and after-sales service to reach a final cooperation agreement.
5、 Contract signing and preparation stage
After both parties confirm the accuracy, the sales contract will be officially signed. The pre-sales team assists in transferring the project to the implementation team, ensuring a smooth transition to the project implementation phase, while providing necessary preparation guidance to the client, such as environment preparation, data migration, etc.
The entire pre-sales service process is customer-centric, emphasizing professionalism, efficiency, and transparency, aiming to build long-term cooperative relationships and win the trust and satisfaction of customers.
